Fast tips for your eggs in the morning
I have been hooked on breakfast sandwiches lately. But honestly who has the time it takes to make them every morning? Well I do and I am going to tell you how you can to.

It is super easy to do. Grab any small dish about the size of an english muffin. I have both ramekins that I use ( the white bowls in the photo) and small pyrex bowls that I use.
Next spray the bowl with pam, take a paper towel and smear it all around the bowl. ( I tried avocado spray and they stuck terrible!)
You can cook as many as you like but I would not do any more than you can eat in a few days.
Crack an egg into each bowl. I break the yolk but you don't have to. I put sea salt and cracked pepper on mine. You can add whatever seasoning you like to the egg.
Put them in a preheated 375 degree oven until they are done to your liking. I like a hard center so mine take about 12-15 minutes to cook. When they are to your liking taken from the oven and let them cool before you but then in a container and into the fridge. To reheat them I put my egg and 2 slices of my pre-cooked bacon in a paper towel for 30 seconds. So now you can toast your english muffin, croissant or or bread and assemble your breakfast sandwich! Super fast.
I hope this helps with making your morning routine faster for #breakfast! #egg #prepahead
